The service
Moeby provides tools to capture a product flow, generate video assets, and manage the resulting demos. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service.
Your account and content
Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for the URLs, prompts, brand assets, and test-account credentials you provide. Only connect products and accounts that you own or are authorized to access.
You retain your rights in content you submit and in your product materials. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content and provide the service. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing it.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to access systems without authorization, evade security controls, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute harmful content, or interfere with the service. Our Acceptable Use Policy contains additional rules.
Plans, payments, and cancellation
Paid subscriptions and invoices are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Prices, taxes, renewal timing, and payment-method management are presented at checkout. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled through the billing portal unless the checkout states otherwise.
You can cancel before the next renewal to prevent further charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but it may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. We may suspend access to protect users, the service, or third parties, including for a material breach of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by you. To the extent permitted by law, Moeby's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.
