Requesting a refund
For a first paid subscription purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will review the request. Include the email used at checkout and a short explanation of the issue.
Usage-based service
Moeby provisions tokens and may begin using third-party AI, rendering, and voice services as soon as you create a demo. Fees for tokens that have been materially used, or for work that has already been generated, are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Renewals and cancellation
Cancel before renewal through the billing portal to avoid the next charge. Renewal charges are not automatically refundable, but we will investigate billing errors, duplicate charges, and service failures promptly.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your financial institution.
