Data we collect
We collect account information such as your email address and a securely hashed password. We also process project URLs, prompts, brand settings, test-account credentials you choose to store, generated media, and basic service usage records.
Payment details are collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. We do not receive or store your full payment-card information.
How we use data
We use data to operate and secure the service, create requested demos, provide support, process billing, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and AI service providers to process requested work, including hosting, browser automation, text generation, voice synthesis, and payment processing. They may process data only as needed to provide their services to us.
Credentials and sensitive project data
Test credentials saved in a project are encrypted before storage. Do not provide credentials that grant more access than necessary for the demo flow, and remove them when they are no longer needed.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and project data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward when required for security, support, or legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting support@moeby.app.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. See our security overview for practical details.
